During therapy sessions, any shared information is strictly confidential and will not be stored, shared, or used for any other purpose.

You have the right to request access to or deletion of your data.
We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure we provide the best experience for all our clients, we have the following policy:

• Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted. Once a session is booked, it is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please email us at hello@thecolouringstudio.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will not be accommodated.

• One-Time Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once. Additional requests to reschedule will not be accepted, and the session will be forfeited.
   

Workbooks
All workbook purchases are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please email us at hello@thecolouringstudio.com at least 24 hours before your session. We’ll take care of the rest.
